（吉隆坡1日讯）纸制包装生产公司HPP控股已获得马证交所批准上市创业板，并计划在今年结束之前推介招股书。 HPP控股今日发布文告指出，在计划发行1亿867万股中，其中1942万股将开放给大马民众抽签认购，3000万股供符合资格董事、雇员，另有1983万股献售指定投资者，以及3942万股献售获贸工部批准的土著投资者。 HPP控股董事经理郭汉生指出：“鉴于全球贸易转移效应有望为我国制造领域创造更多机遇，我们将趁著这个最佳时机，通过上市计划扩展业务，预计将在今年结束前推介招股书。” 同时，配合上市计划，该公司与艾芬黄氏资本投银签署包销协议，委任后者为首发股计划的主要顾问、独家承销商、配售代理和保荐行；HPP控股主要从事全彩色胶印和纸包装制造业。
